Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
2 & 1/4 Cups of all purpose flour
1 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP salt
1 Cup butter, softened
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup granulated sugar (Pure cane could be used as well. I was out of granulated and only had pure cane, and they came out just fine)
2 TSP vanilla extract (imitation can be used as well.)
1 egg (I'd suggest large, but the recipe doesn't specify.)
One 12 oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Heat oven to 375F
2. Combine flour, baking soda & salt in a SMALL bowl. Set aside.
3. Cream butter, brown sugar & granulated sugar in a LARGE bowl until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract & egg; beat well. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Drop by rounded tabelspoons two inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. (I definately suggest a non-stick baking sheet. I didn't grease my sheet and they stuck like glue. I then tried aluminum foil, and they came off just okay. Definately use a non-stick.)
5.Bake at 375F for 9-12 minutes (It's about 10-12 minutes to the perfect golden color/chewyness)
6. Let stand for 2 minutes on cookie sheets; move cookies to wire rack to cool.

Enjoy!!! I guarantee that these cookies are PERFECT. I made them for a Divine Mercy Sunday pot luck at my church. They were a hit!!
